CRI-SIL News: CRI-SIL offers a complete line of medical grade silicone materials. We offer full materials in the 40 through 70 Shore A durometer range in molding, extrusion, and liquid grades. These materials offer excellent physical properties, no-post cure, and USP Class VI certification. These compounds come in one-part or two-part profiles depending on the application. Two-part materials are packaged in a convenient 99:1 ratio (other ratios may be developed upon request) to allow for maximum shelf-life and quick extrusion/molding times. Most of these materials can be colored to meet your particular requirement (although some pigments may affect USP Class VI certification), or they can be left translucent. The LSR's offer excellent clarity. All of our materials can be purchased as standard grades or customized to your particular application.
