CRI-SIL Silicones March 2010 Newsletter Dear [FIRST_NAME], In February we completed our bi-annual customer satisfaction survey. In conjunction with compiling the survey results, we completed a drawing for a new Nintendo Wii™ gaming system for those customers who responded. I'm happy to announce the console goes to Ms. Patti Shepard, a buyer for Team Products! She will be presented the Nintendo Wii™ by Mr. Carl Sitzberger, Region Representative, within the next few days. We appreciate her effort in helping us improve our business and our overall customer satisfaction. Here are the results of the survey:

Results of survey: 1. Did you receive your order on the date you were promised? - 91% of our customers responded "Yes." 2. Were you promised your original requested ship date? - 80% of our customers responded "Yes." 3. Did you receive your order acknowledgment in a timely fashion? - 100% of our customers responded "Yes." 4. Did you receive your material in satisfactory condition? - 98% our customers responded "Yes." 5. Did your material process as expected? - 98% customers responded "Yes." 6. Are you satisfied with communication between you and CRI-SIL - 100% of our customers responded "Yes." 7. Overall customer satisfaction rating - 4.3 out of 5.0 8. Percentage of customers that responded to the survey - 23%.

While only 23% of our customers responded to the survey, those that did provided us with some excellent opportunities for improvement. Thank you all for your help.

The Medical Design and Manufacturing exposition has been around for nearly 30 years. The show focuses on the latest in medical product development including medical-grade materials, assembly components, electronics, design and engineering support, production equipment including information systems and software, clinical connectivity and device interoperability, regulatory compliance, packaging materials and machinery, sterilization systems.

She works directly for our Controller and processes all customer invoicing, receivables, and collections.
