How can I purchase materials from CRI-SIL?
Currently you can purchase materials by Purchase Order (P.O.) or any major credit card from our customer service department (Tel: 800.290.9192).
Where can I get standard product information?

Are CRI-SIL Products only for industrial use (I.E. B2B) ?
Currently most products are used in industrial applications. Our customers are molders or fabricators who supply many products throughout many different industries. We do, however, offer many products suitable for other uses such as mold making materials (examples are candles, figurines, even housing trim). Where can I get datasheets or MSDS's for CRI-SIL products?
Datasheets and MSDS's are available by request.
What is the first step to getting a customized product?
The first step is to contact our sales department. They will ask you some specific questions regarding your needs which will allow us to develop a quotation (price per pound). If the quote is agreeable, we will develop your material and provide you with a sample to ensure it works in your operation. Development time can vary greatly depending on the specific application.
What will the product look like upon arrival at my location?
CRI-SIL products are available in almost any preform. Coils, bricks, slabs, or rolls are all available in many different sizes. Boxes range in size from 5 lbs. to 1000 lbs. Simply let us know what you require! Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) is available in 5 gallon pails or 55 gallon drums.
